Hi all. I recently had my driver side mirror knocked off, all plastics were intact and elctrics, radiom GPS etc were all fine only the cast aluminum bush / arm hat carried the wing mirror was shattered.
I managed to order a new one but during the removal of old and install of new, some of the cables would not pass through due to size of sealed parts.
I cut cables and reconnected with electrical connector blocks, but now the sat nav is all over the place, as in location, direction of travel etc.
The radio is fine, should the GPS / Sat Nav cable be continuous ?
