Now some history and what has been done to the vehicle since December 2022 when we bought it.
Originally we purchased this as a Panel Van for a locksmith business but quickly fell in love and decided to Convert it to family Van.
Purchased at £24000.00 inc VAT
We started to complete all parts required for conversion and conversion started in June 2023.
Full set of 2023 T6.1 Seat ( front heated ) and rears 2+1 - £3200.00
Front and rear floor to suit 1+1 / 2+1 Seat - £600.00
Seats fully retrimmed by Seat Surgeons at £1800.00
Steering wheel retrimmed by seat surgeons £360.00
Seats fitting by approved garage including all genuine brackets and seat belts - £900.00
Genuine bulked for twin slider - £250.00
Full sound deadening including :
INTERIOR - dodo mats on floor side panel doors roof coverage 100%
EXTERIOR - dodo mats in wheel arches, under front wings, bonnet and bulkhead - 100% coverage
Acoustic 5mm mats on top of dodo mat on side panels doors and roof
Thermal insulation on side panels and roof
Sound deadening : £800
Carpet inlining on full van
New genuine side and roof panels covered with Suede including Roof liner, A / B pillars and seat base

Overall Well over 40k spend on VAN and Modifications.
DVLA has been notified and Van is now registered as a Window Van and 5 seater.
Thanks to Insurance approved tracker our insurance went down from £1400 to £550/year.
Conversion has been finished in July 2023 and in August 2023 we completed a Journey over Europe doing 5000 miles in 3 weeks.
Trip Number 2 was in January 2024 where we done over 5500 miles in 2 weeks as well.
Beside this I used it as a Van to see my customers around the UK. This Van never had a hard life and never been abused ect.
We have a plenty of other stuff that we bought but just don't have time to fit and we are happy to include that in price :
As the front seats are genuine VW heated seats we have genuine VW harness and Centre module with buttons to be fitted and coded - We have VW Specialist that can do it.
Also Genuine harness for reverse camera
And Harness fitting kit for Genuine Led Lights and We have Genuine LED light for one side as well.
Bad Points
- Definitely a Paint work - depending on level how picky you are it has some imperfections. Before our ownership van was sign written and someone who did removal make some scratches and these were touch up. Something you will spot from very close. We were thinking about having the van wrapped but I did not wanted to hear that it has been done to cover paint defects so I prefer to sell it as it is. Also as we know from previous owner Van has been previously written off but before we decided to buy it we received all pictures of the damage as well as all invoices - it has been fixed by VW garage to not loose the Warranty and inspected by VW before we bought it. We have invoices for this repair from previous owner for over £5000 and since we bought it we done over 14k miles without single issue (only warranty work that was carried out was a DPF rubber hose that was chewed by foxes and transmission seal replacement). Warranty runs out in May but can be extended for another 2 years - offer is available on VW commercial Website. MOT is not Due yet but we are happy to take it for MOT to VW Dealer to carry out MOT.
