Unfortunately I don't have any elephant pictures but my attaching photos on posts changed a few days ago too.
Normally post on my android phone.

I normally use an iPad and noticed the posting window had changed as well as the pic’s the other day.
Also wondered why everyone was posting thumbnail pictures.
Managed to figure it out with a bit of trial and error though.

It seems there has been a slight change since I did the last update to the forum software, I will look into this when I have time and see what if anything needs to be done
