A piece of plastic fell of my van, what is it?

The plastic protection came off behind the right front tire of my T6 2017. What is this, an auxiliary heater cover?

In addition, I would appreciate tips on recommended T6 repair service garages in the Vienna, Bratislava or Budapest area? Thanks in advance

Jack up the van at the front and have a look underneath. It will be very apparent where it came from. It's definitely a cover from under the van and I'd hazard a guess it's broken, as I can see the wavey line at the bottom of the picture.
As for replacements? VW will be very expensive. Try to see if there is a scrap merchant nearby who has T6 parts.

I know, this part was actually removed by a Hungarian VW mechanic, but we could not speak any common language nor to find any solution to the problem I'm road tripping far away from home, this is why I asked for repair shop recommendations nearby (250 km) Vienna.
