AdBlue - which brand are you using?

The T6 engines use loads of Adblue, T6.1 much less.

my 10L will give me 4500miles in both T6 vans.

i was under the impression that Adblue shelf like was at least 2years.

Any idea what the rate of use is? At what mileage on the countdown would you add another 5l?
I'm finding (MY21 T6.1) roughly 1000 miles per litre - my last fill was £16 for 10l so it's costing me about 1.5p every 100 miles or about 80p each tank of diesel.

At that rate I don't feel I need to squeeze the last penny saving on the AdBlue, even the outrage priced stuff is probably the cheapest consumable you'll put in the van, I spend more on screenwash.

I don't bother trying to work it out myself - I just go by what the refill suggestion on the dash is - once the min/max suggestion straddles 5l or 10l I pick up the next good deal I see and put it in.

Just refilled my tank, took 20 litres, gone from 1200 miles to 16000 miles so that’s another 3 years sorted

I made the mistake of buying cheap ad blue and found like you guys no funnel.

After ages trying to track down an old container I remembered when I was in Slovakia I had bought a funnel. This was the first time I had bought ad blue and didn’t know it had funnel on the container

Clips lovely to the fuel cap holder so can lift the container with both hands as well I’m not strong enough r to do a 10l one handed.

Although when being used you cannot use the ad blue cap holder

I ordered mine but wasn't delivered, I contacted them who promised to get back to me but after repeated tries and no contact I had to be refunded by eBay. Customer service isn't great so ended up ordering from eurocarparts for a couple of pounds more. Good luck

I've had this since june, but not used it yet.

WOW !!! what a little pocket rocket. !!!

10ltr tub in under 60`s.

a brilliant little transfere pump.

used it on this adblue tube, then run it through with clean water.

12v clips, or 12v plug, or AA batterys.

plus loads of different screw to adapter if you wanted to screw it on to the container ( i didnt bother)

Using Redex Adblue. Adding 10litres to the T6.1, the computer says I have an extra 9000 miles.

I use whatever brand is in my local fuel stations adblue pump!

£9.45 for 5.5l so about £1.69 a litre I think. I've done about 3500 miles waiver the last full up.

I'm not sure whether my van has had 'the update' or not.
Also in reality, whatever the van claims to be able to tell about the future, I don't think it's crystal ball will be that accurate.

Agreed. I guess it's much like the fuel range figure - just an extrapolation of current/recent rate of usage, which can/does vary according to driving style and driving conditions.

£10 for the large tub at B&M. I think I've filled my ad blue 4 times in the 3.5 yrs I've had my van. So getting roughly 7k per fill up.
