The awning channels would make it very difficult to do and make it look good, similarly, assuming you use the channels, probably hard to keep it looking good - painting or powder coating probably better options?
Don’t see why not. They can be dismantled if necessary and car wrappers seem to almost achieve the impossible with vents, angles etc, may be worth a trip to one near you to ask.
