Anyone know what this pipe is here?!

Hi all,

T6 went into limp mode yesterday, and I checked ODB errors and it shows a 'Intake Air System Leak'.

This morning I inspected the engine bay for any obvious signs, and saw that this metal pipe had separated away from the outlet. About 10mm away. I managed to force it back in, likely a temporary fix.

Can anyone help me identify what it is, and do I need to get replacement pasts after my DIY bodge job?!

Looks to me like the EGR flexi-pipe.
