Auto Folding Wing Mirrors

Still seem to not be able to get it working, will pop out for a drive and try again a bit later, does the mirror knob have to be in a certain position?

Cheers

Still no joy, have recoded back to original, then set new codes. Pulled up window buttons twice and held. Any thing else I can try?

Did you lower the windows and hold the buttons down? Then raise them and hold them up? That's the only thing I can make out of the original post.

As long as the windows go all the way up/down on a button press without holding it in you know that bit worked

Yes, once lifted all the way up, let go of the switch then lift again and that should do it, you will know if it has because the one touch windows will be working

One touch is all working fine. Will have another go tomorrow been up for 30 hrs and it's getting to me

Mybe it has something to do with the euro6 having live feed to the mirrors once the door is opened, unlike the euro5 ???

I notice that change on my euro 6 van when i had it, wonder why that is wired different

Just tried ,if I hold button to unlock ,windows come down and go up when holding to lock

Mine work like that too

Just had a quick look at the T5.2 / T6 (2016-2017) and nothing changes, all mirror folding related pins are the same and door modules still have permanent feed, I'm guessing it's just down to the modules on the later ones

Also if anyone that has Euro6 can send me a VCDS autoscan and adaption channel map of cent elec I'll take a look through it.

Adaption channel map - Applications > controller channel map > type in 09 for controller address > check box for adaptions & CSV file.

After it reads all 255 channels it will save in the VCDS logs file

I sent a channel map to Ross Tech a couple of weeks ago, I'll dig it out tomorrow .

Will this stop it working if it is set to active

No - works with it.

On mine if the windows are down and I press the lock button both windows close then the mirrors fold.

It's been mentioned before but you do need 'comfort closing active' it's on the main section- it wasn't ticked on mine although it didn't stop the windows from comfort closing.
