Bike carrier from 2 to 4

We have a Fiamma 2 bike carrier that came fitted to the tailgate of our camper. I’m wondering if it’s possible to covert it from a 2 bike to 4 bike carrier?? I can’t find any info on this anywhere but they seem very similar and like you should be able to add extra bike wheel holders….

Im sure you can just buy the 2nd and 4th rails from and fiamma stockist. I did the same when we bought our thule one. Came with 2 rails, so I just bought the extra ones. I only takes a few mins to bolt them in aswell!

That’s what I thought but I wasn’t able to find the info - I’ll try harder!! Thanks for the info on your Thule one, I’m sure fiamma must do the same.
