Original defender or new pretender!? 
The older defender wheels wouldn't be ideal as they're 5 x 165 pcd, so would need adapters. As they're lower offset than a typical t6 wheel, once an adapter is fitted, they'd probably hang out of the arch a fair amount!
As for L663 defender, they use 5 x 120 so that works. Offset isn't too extreme either.....
Load rating is 1250kg for each version so you're fine there.

Have a word with @BognorMotors to see if they have a look a like set/can advise.
Looking at their site and the wheel size it seems it's the new defender L663 fitment you're looking at.
The specs look fine for a transporter but you will probably need spigot rings and defender wheel bolts in order to fit them.

This is what I thought. Thought they look something a bit different than what’s out there.
