Agreed on that too, no matter what wheels you have you loose the impact in black, only good if you can't be arsed cleaning them
Wouldnt argue with that. Thats why I wont be going banded steels. Not sure they would work at OEM height either.

Banded steels work perfectly at stock height, but only with big knobbly tyres and really no bigger than 17"

You definitely need them! Don’t take too long convincing the other half (boss) coz they won’t hang around!
