Brexit affecting parts from EU

I Had a part on its way from The Netherlands today only for DPD to return it to the sender as they said info was missing.

I contacted the seller who said all the info that was needed was in the parcel. DPD came back and said they weren’t sure how to send the part to the UK due to Brexit!
Had to get it sent using UPS who said they would have no issue getting it to the UK.

Anyone else had this issue recently?

Same thing happened to me when I was trying to buy some gadget stuff on Ebay. UK seller was using DPD only and wouldn't send anything to EU.

I said the to the seller that I had received a parcel the day prior from Germany using DHL with no issues.

Seems it’s only DPD that are having issues. Shame really as I was hoping for the parts for this weekend, doubt they will arrive now.

No fitting the MFSW with paddles this weekend.
