Is there still a discount available for T6F members in general camping, even though the club camping is fully booked?

How will I find out if I'm still in the t6forum club camping, only @Fish bless him sorted out our tickets in general camping in 2019 as everything had been a bit vague at the time.

BUSFEST NEWS - AUGUST 2021

All around the country (and overseas) Transporter owners and their vans are coming out of hibernation , getting back to normal, and starting to gather for the annual migration to the BIG BUSFEST REUNION

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POST PANDEMIC VANDEMIC?

vandemicpic.580x0-is.jpg

The Government announcements mean that we can now at least look forward to having a BUSFEST without some of the restrictions we have previously been up against.

BUT, we will still be proceeding with extreme caution and conforming to whatever regulations we may still find ourselves under when we do finally get to open our gates.

Our Camping sites are now rapidly filling up & we will soon be looking towards closing the last areas.

All the 'rolled-over' passes from our postponed 2020 festival are still valid for the 2021 festival,

All rolled-over pass holders, and newly purchased pass holders will receive a QR code via the email address that was used for the purchase, about two weeks before Busfest.

This code can be printed or saved to your phone. Upon arrival at your specified gate, the code will be scanned, voided, and exchanged for your camping pass and personal wristbands. All information, including which gate to head for, will be included in that email.

Passes are unique and must include ALL persons in the vehicle that you have booked, and are non-transferable, for obvious reasons. So please don't buy Busfest passes from anywhere other than the Busfest website - they will be invalid, and you will be turned away. There is also no facility for any additional persons to enter 'on the day' as we must have a record of everyone on site, so all attendees must be pre-booked before arrival.

DAY VISITOR TICKETS

Our Booking System is OPEN for advance DAY VISITORS TICKETS

  • PLEASE NOTE We are NOT offering a Day Pass for Friday 10th September.
  • Day Passes are only available for Saturday 11th September at £25 per person, and Sunday 12th September at £20 per person.
  • If you wish to come both days, you can purchase both passes together at £45.00
  • (If you are one of the very few people who bought 3 day passes previously in which case please present these at Yellow Gate)
Further updates and information will now follow on a regular basis, so keep your eyes peeled for them.

IN SUMMARY

  • Vanfest Limited (BUSFEST) is committed to running a safe and controllable event with the implementation of covid Safety measures on-site, as regulated at the time of the event.
  • Your safety and the safety of our Service Suppliers and our BUSFEST Crew remain our main priority
  • CAMPING TICKETS/QR CODES for those of you who have booked will be dispatched by Email on or around 26th AUGUST
  • Due to continued uncertainty in Government and Council guidelines, for outdoor events, we reserve the right to adjust its content, postpone (rollover) or cancel the event.
  • With regard to C-19 regulations, we will be adhering to all required legislation and entry recommendations required of us at the time
We look forward to seeing you ALL back at Malvern for our BUSFEST REUNION

STAY SAFE EVERYONE

BEST WISHES FROM THE BUSFEST CREW

At the moment all we can still remember what fun time we have all had at Malvern in the past and only imagine what we may begetting up to this year

Just to keep everyone in the BUSFEST mood we have posted up a series of "Malvern Memories" on our social media to reflect a bit on what might have been & also remember some of the fantastic times we have had in the past and hope to in the future when we are all able to meet up again at Marvelous Malvern.

If you missed it first time round or want to relive some of your own Malvern Memories or just was to see what Busfest is all about check out the LINK below for the complete "Malvern Memories" set all in one hit.

MALVERN MEMORIES 2020

In the mean time you can be sure that we are doing all we can to make sure we will be able to bring you some REAL NEW "Malvern Experiences and Memories" for Busfest 2021.

YOU CAN VIEW ALL OF OUR BUSFEST (and Vanfest) MEDIA HERE;

A mate of mine booked a ticket thinking it was for two people (he didn’t read it properly), he’s subsequently tried to add an additional person (his wife) and Busfest have told him to pay on the day for her.

But reading above -

There is also no facility for any additional persons to enter 'on the day' as we must have a record of everyone on site, so all attendees must be pre-booked before arrival.

I know Busfest have been slow to reply to him, I think he had to email them a few times to get a response.

Having now read through the full thread I"m guessing we'll be in general camping then if club camping is already closed.
Not too bothered although it is a bit of a walk to all the action from just outside Worcester... getting just a bit excited now!

Can anyone advise where we need to be for our pre booked club camping? we are making the marathon journey from Belfast to Stranraer then driving down to Busfest all on Thursday and likely to arrive knackered, we have been advised we will be placed into a holding area on Thursday (hope that is not with the sheep!) Three countries in one day! Busfest now coincides with a friends wedding in Derry and a planned Wild Atlantic Way tour so we are on a marathon 3 week tour finishing at Busfest - Hooray!!! look forward to meeting fellow club members for a beer or three:mexican wave:

As @Long tall John has said you’ll get a lot of your info when your tickets get sent to you.
The holding area is the black circle to the left of the photo. This is where you wait off the road until they can process your QR code and get you onsite to club camping.
I believe gates normally open either 9 or 10 on the Friday morning.
