my wife wasn’t coming last year when I booked and I couldn’t add her on this year so was just planning to rock up and see what happens ?
If there are any spare adult tickets going then I could utilise one

I think the issue is that the tickets have your number plate attached to them on the booking system, I wonder what would happen if you changed your van in the last week or two ?? Just saying

Never mind for off road use, after my foray into the bus lane and subsequent obligation to subsidise the nation's furlough scheme I've already made up my own plates and have even camped in the bus lane using them without incurring any further enforced wallet emptying, such a simple but quite logical idea?

So just to clarify, is it simply the van ref they have or are tickets named??

The camping unit ticket has the reg, the adult ticket/s show the name of whoever booked them.

The tickets do specify not transferable or refundable.

The person tickets have a QR code.... And name of person booking the tickets.

There was a similar system at CamperSite21 last month.

They scanned the QR code on your E-ticket, at the main entrance.

Then checked the number plate on the van matched the QR code booked plate,

Then counted the number of people in the van and checked that against the booking.

Then let you in..... No wristband at that event.

....


At Busfest they saying they will exchange the people QR codes/tickets for wristbands.

The van ticket will allow entry for the camping for the van.

The longest and biggest tent plot…we’ve won that with you being there …….we could bring weed killer and write ..T6 Forum… on the grass…..or the most flag pole lights…

ps ..just a thought… Get the girls to sing….
