It’s my first time coming to BusFest (first season with the ‘van), so to help myself I annotated the map.

I used last years map as a starting point because it’s higher res, and mainly focused on what music is playing where. Sharing here in case others want to print it off or put it on their phone.

As part of their world tour, we bring you the masters of world-famous clubs 'The Hacienda' and 'Cream', and electro/dance/house specialists: K-KLASS.

Everyone knows their major hits "Rhythm Is a Mystery" and "Let Me Show You" and, along with some fine tuneage from our resident ANDEEJAY, the Severn Stage will be 'bangin' with this spectacular show.

Hosted and compered by the one and only BLOBBIE WILLIAMS, who will be doing his Robbie Williams parody show, and introducing the UK's top MADONNA (Jodie Jackson) and TINA TURNER (Kinesha) acts. With our fantastic DANCERS, and ANDEEJAY providing the tuneage, this is going to be four hours of non-stop party fun and frolics!

THE BUSFEST HUB

Following on from the success last year of our HUB Stage, (situated in the Southern section of The HUB, the massive marquee on Main Street), for this year, we are going bigger and better!

Over 2000 square metres of undercover entertainment, a bar, cafe, massive seating & table area, a full stage with sound and lighting, and a residency from our friends at VDub Radio!

For the full three days, VDub Radio will be operating a 24hour radio station from there, available on t'internet, as well as playing across the festival. They will also be hosting live stage shows from all their DJs throughout the day and night, as well as competitions, giveaways, interviews, guest appearances and more! Fun and frolics for all!

HANNIGAN

Hannigan is a 26 year old traveling singer-songwriter. Drawing from his English and Irish heritages, he has created a sound that can only be defined as his own. Settling into an acoustic soulful folk rock genre he writes honestly, inspired by the ever changing world around him.

JOSEPH LOFTHOUSE

Joseph Lofthouse has the ability to calm a room and draw an audience into his world. With technical prowess and evocative lyrics, Joseph weaves personal experiences and stories into life with the gift of a classic songsmith.

So wherever he travels, acoustic guitar in hand, his music is met with the same rapt attention.

TOM DIBB

Solo or with Full Band, Get set for a beautifully gutsy performance, as Tom tells his stories with undertones of blues, roots and folk, grown through a forest of soaring acoustic goodness.

A world tour and self drive expedition in his 1989 vw campervan all the way from the UK to Australia in 2016, lay the foundations and inspiration for much of his material.

It fits into mainstream molds, yet also satisfies a deeper creative taste.

We welcome Tim & the Druids (and JAY & SIDESHOW BOB) back to the CHILL ZONE STAGE at BUSFEST.

BUSFEST & SITE REGULATIONS

To make your stay with us safe and enjoyable the following regulations are in place. Please be aware that we operate a Red Card & Yellow Card System, failure to follow these rules will result in expulsion from the BUSFEST site.

VEHICLES. We operate a one-way traffic system on the site between 09.00 – 17.00 throughout the weekend. A 5 MPH speed restriction will be enforced. Vehicle movement including motorcycles and scooters is NOT PERMITTED other than for: Leaving/returning to the showground, to compete in an organized event or Official Vehicles.

ANYONE found cruising around the site or in the opinion of a official or appointed agent, seen to be driving in a dangerous manner WILL BE EXPELLED FROM SITE IMMEDIATELY.
A TOTAL VEHICLE MOVEMENT BAN will be enforced between 12.30am and 8.00am.

SECURITY The Showground gates will be locked between MIDNIGHT and 9.00am During these hours a security team will be operating. They are empowered to refuse entry and eject ANYONE without correct wristbands/passes causing a nuisance or in breach of the site regulations.

DAY VISITORS who stay on site for the evening entertainment must leave the site after the evening entertainment (midnight).

TRADING (i.e the selling or exchange of goods or services) is only permitted on designated trade plots, auto-jumble plots or vehicle sale pitches after payment of the appropriate fee to BUSFEST.

NOISE - Please keep noise levels to a minimum. All Sound Systems MUST all be turned off at midnight. Generators are permitted but can only be run between 8.30am and 9.30pm. Be considerate to your neighbours & do not share your ICE Systems with the whole site.

DOGS Are permitted on site but MUST be always kept on a lead and under proper control. Please exercise your dog responsibly & make sure you clean up after your dogs. Please also note that no pets are permitted in any enclosed entertainment venues (Severn Hall,) during the evening entertainments

SMOKING is not permitted in any of the buildings, marquees or enclosed trade stands.

DRONES & any other remotely operable flying machines (other than licensed & authorized by BUSFEST) are NOT permitted to be flown ANYWHERE on the Showground Site.

FLY-POSTING of leaflets around the showground or onto vehicles is NOT permitted.

SKATEBOARDS, SCOOTERS, BIKES, absolutely no Skateboards, Scooters or Bikes (or similar) are permitted to be used in any building or in Trade Areas during opening hours. MOTORISED / ELECTRIC SKATEBOARDS, SCOOTERS, AND BIKES (or similar) are not permitted anywhere on site (Disabled Persons Mobility Scooters excepted).

FISHING and SWIMMING or Surfing in any of the open waters on the showground is not permitted.

KITES MUST NOT be flown on the site. CARBON POLES (for kites & flags) MUST not be erected on North end of the site (or ANYWHERE in the vicinity of overhead power or communication cables)

TENTS & OTHER TEMPORARY STRUCTURES. Please take special precautions to ensure that the tents, awnings gazebo’s, party tents & other temporary structures you may bring with you are erected correctly and are SAFE (use Storm Lashings & Tie downs as required).

We will request/demand any unsafe structures we come across are made safe or removed immediately. (THAT INCLUDES VEHICLES AS WELL!) .

BUSFEST 2022 EVENT PROGRAMME

WE ARE NOT GOING TO BE PRODUCING A PHYSICAL FULL EVENT PROGRAMME THIS YEAR

TRADE VILLAGE.
With around 350 trade units, our Trade Village is by far the biggest of any of the festivals. It takes a day just to go round this part of the festival!

The Trade Village will be open from 10.00 on Friday. 09.00 Saturday & Sunday
Indoor Trade Areas can be found inside the Wye & Avon Halls
Additional trade stands will be located with the WINTER WONDERLAND
Autojumble will be located at the AVON Hall & The VEHICLE SALES Area

BUSFEST INFORMATION & MERCHANDICE CENTRE

Our Busfest Information Centre is located at the THREE COUNTIES CENTRE (North/Ivory Tower end of the Severn Hall).

BUSFEST - WINTER WONDERLAND

To kick off the excitement, we have a 'first' for Busfest. For three days we are transforming the inside of the North section of The HUB (our massive marquee right in the middle of the festival on Main Street) into a WINTER WONDERLAND!

Themed around a German Christmas Market, we will have nearly 2000 square metres of wintery wonderland for you to enjoy.

We start with a complete Christmas market in decorated Alpine huts, selling hand-made crafts, gifts, jewellery, candles, fragrances, artisan products etc. Then we move onto our enchanted forest, where a couple of naughty elves might just distract you or take you into our unique 'photo opportunity' sleigh and reindeer display before you while away some time with a mug of warm Gluhwein or hot chestnuts as you wait to go on our star attraction - the WINTER WONDERLAND SKATING RINK!

Yep, we're going to town with this - complete with an Alpine hut for reception and skate fitting, scenic backdrops and music, you can show off your 'Torville & Dean' moves! With lights, decorations, and other attractions still to be added yet (we'll let you know!), this is going to be a stunning centrepiece to the festival!

VEHICLE SALES

BUSFEST has a large area for vehicle sales.

This year it will again have Auto jumble area to accompany it. Vehicle sale plots will be available @ £20 per Day or £30 for the weekend. Vehicle Sales passes will be available on site from the Vehicle Sales area.

Please note; For 2022 (this Year) we will only be having Vehicle Sales Area on the SATURDAY & SUNDAY. (We will NOT be open for vehicle sales on the Friday)

AUTOJUMBLE

BUSFEST AUTO JUMBLE PLOTS are for individuals that wish to sell VEHICLE PARTS that they no longer require and is aimed at people doing garage/shed clear outs.

It is NOT for general traders

The AUTOJUMBLE AREAS are located TWO areas on the site;

AVON

This Area is located at the East (AVON HALL) wall side of the hardstanding area between Avon & Wye Halls.
This area will only be available to WEEKEND AUTO-JUMBLERS
Pre-Booked & approved WEEKEND AUTOJUMBLERS using this area will come to the site during the TRADE build up via the RED GATE on the THURSDAY
These plots will be 5m (frontage) x 10m Plots & located along the outside Wall of the Avon hall. A MAX of 2 per booking
These plots are unique as they offer a grass patch along the wall (for vehicles/camping) and hardstanding (tarmac) for putting the actual auto-jumble on.

BROWN

This area is located to the WEST of the Site in the BROWN/VEHICLE SALES AREA.
This area is available to BOTH WEEKEND & DAY AUTO-JUMBLERS
This area will only be open on the SATURDAY & SUNDAY of the event.
This area is good (has good hardstanding) but the area is not open for building up on the Thursday so any Autojumblers can only come to site & set up on the FRIDAY when the BROWN GATE is opened at 10.00.

MAIN ARENA.

SYNCRO ZONE (Sponsored by VW 4x4 Greenlane Organising Group & VOLKSTREK 4X4)

The BUSFEST SYNCRO ZONE is the largest gathering of VW T3 Syncros (and VW based 4WD vehicles) anywhere in the UK. (We now also have a very good selection of T4 & T5 & T6, LT , and other special related off road vehicles joining us every year)
Here you will find some of the most fantastic vehicles ever built fro playing around in mud, water, sand or snow…

THE SYNCRO OBSTACLE COURSE

The Syncro Crew will be putting together our very popular “Syncro Obstacle course” where you will be able to see the original T3 Rebel Rallaye Bus and a few of his mates in action.
Demonstration runs will be made (usually on the hour) through out the weekend (until we break something!)

SHUNT SHOW Jez Avery

Two shows every day....The Man....The Vehicles.....The Legend.....that is........The Jez Avery Stuntshow!
Jez will be thrilling us all with his magnetic personality and the cunning stunts that amaze you every time. He is undoubtedly one of the top performers in the world and a world champion and record holder to boot!
He will also be accompanying one of our drivers in our Syncro Rallye 'Rebel' around the Syncro Obstacle Course giving us his hilarious commentary as he goes. One not to miss!

THE SYNCRO TRIAL (Sponsored by Berliner Busfestival)

This is a Syncro (and others) 4WD play zone located at a separate area to the north of the site. (Adjacent to N1 General Campsite) .
Our Beliner Busfestival & Busfest Crews will be looking after this area and putting Syncro’s and other vehicles (and their owners) through a series of set pieces to navigate through wooded & open areas.
Spectators should make their way to the course by foot through the showground. . The area is not suitable for non 4WD vehicles. Depending on conditions the Syncro Trial will be operating at set times on Saturday & Sunday

VEHICLE DISPLAYS.
In the AVON HALL we will also be presenting our WELL TRAVELED TRANSPORTER & ALTERNATIVE ENGINES displays. There will also be vehicle displays on the Hardstanding between Wye & Avon Halls and at the Main Arena

SHOW & SHINE

The Show and Shine Competition (which includes a “Rust and Prime” class) is held on Sunday - - and is a self-judged contest with every entrant able to Vote for the “Best” and “Runner-up” in each class.

This year BUSFEST SHOW & SHINE welcomes VOLKSMAGIC, who will be sponsoring the "BEST IN SHOW" & "RUST & PRIME" Categories

Entry is free but is limited to a maximum of 150 vehicles.
Up to 75 vehicles may be entered online during August; a minimum of 75 and maximum of 100 entry forms (dependant on number of on-line entries) will be available from the Information Centre at BUSFEST.

DAY VISITORS & SHOW & SHINE

If you are coming as a DAY VISITOR & want to be in the SHOW & SHINE we still need to know you are coming.so please let us have your entry. When you come to the site (ON SUNDAY) you will be able to go to either YELLOW or (Preferably) BROWN GATE, (Gates open at 09.00). & Pay your Day visitor Fee and will then be directed to the Show & Shine arena. You must arrive at a reasonable time as once the Show & Shine is in place; we will not permit any further vehicle entry & movement on site.

BUSFEST GAMES

The BUSFEST ‘OLD SCHOOL’ GAMES will take place on SATURDAY in the MAIN ARENA & will (POSSIBLY!) consist of the following events:
• Sack Race
• Egg & Spoon race
• Bean Bag Throwing
• Space hopper relay
• Five legged race

Your team will require.

• A team Maximum of 8 persons. (2 Children under 16 allowed in each team)
• A sense of humour. (Points will be deducted for taking it too seriously & not having fun!)
• The Head judge’s decision is final no exceptions
• Disruptive people / teams will be asked to leave the arena – it’s all about fun!
• Full instructions will be issued to participating clubs/teams prior to the weekend
• All participants must complete a disclaimer form before taking part, no exceptions

The BUSFEST CHARITY AUCTION is a hugely popular part of the BUSFEST weekend.

Traders are invited to donate items for the Auction.
These items can be viewed at the Charity Auction Location within the BUSFEST HUB.
Standard AUCTION Rules will be applied during the Auction.
The Charity Auction will take place at 16.00 on SATURDAY inside the BUSFEST HUB
This year’s nominated Charities are; VANS WITHOUT BORDERS & Guide Dogs.

PAMPER ZONES

After a two year absence, we are delighted to welcome back Charlotte Every and Team Pamper to the ONLY PAMPER ZONE on the festival circuit!

Situated in it's own private building, with toilet facilities, slap bang in the middle of the Trade Village, the PAMPER ZONE offers an oasis of calm, decadence and style in the middle of a bustling festival!

Appointments need to be booked as they get very busy, and Charlotte will launch the Pamper Zone Booking App later in the year so that you can do just that.

They will be open during the day, every day, until late at night on Friday and Saturday (probably 21.00) so if you want your hair or make up doing before you head out for the night, you can! What other festival can offer you that?

The resident specialist barber can pimp and preen you to make you "the best a man can get!" Dont forget that all the facilities offered by Charlotte Every and Team Pamper in the main part of the Pamper Zone are also available to you, so go on, have that head massage as well. You know you want to!

This is in addition to our two other main catering villages situated on Main Street outside Severn Hall, and Trade Village opposite the Sheepshed Stage.
With everything from Fish & Chips, Handmade Pizza, Sushi, Vegetarian, Curry, Burgers, Carvery, Burritos, Paninis, Doughnuts, Mexican, to name a few......
We also have The Stockman's Restaurant over by the Avon & Wye Halls serving a full carvery and A la carte menu, and Food for Thought in the Severn Hall offering snack foods.

BUSFEST DRINKS.

CamperVin will once again be serving you a variety of beverages from their collection of converted vehicles that are dotted around the site.
There also may be some seasonal drink beverages available at the WINTER WONDERLAND inside the Busfest HUB
There is no restriction on persons bringing & consuming their own drink at the venues on the Busfest Site.
But the Sale of any alcoholic beverages or foodstuffs by anyone other than the approved & contacted Caterers & Bars on site is forbidden.

As part of their world tour, we bring you the masters of world-famous clubs 'The Hacienda' and 'Cream', and electro/dance/house specialists: K-KLASS.

Everyone knows their major hits "Rhythm Is a Mystery" and "Let Me Show You" and, along with some fine tuneage from our resident ANDEEJAY, the Severn Stage will be 'bangin' with this spectacular show.

The BIG one! Our 'DIVA PARTY NIGHT'

Hosted and compered by the one and only BLOBBIE WILLIAMS, who will be doing his hilarious audience participation 'TAKE FAT' show and introducing the UK's top MADONNA (Jodie Jackson) and TINA TURNER (Kinesha) acts. With our fantastic DANCERS, and ANDEEJAY providing the tuneage, this is going to be four hours of non-stop adult party fun and frolics!

THE HUB STAGE.

Following on from the success last year of our HUB Stage, (situated in the Southern section of The HUB, the massive marquee on Main Street), for this year, we are going bigger and better!

Over 2000 square metres of undercover entertainment, a bar, cafe, massive seating & table area, a full stage with sound and lighting, and a residency from our friends at VDub Radio!

For the full three days, VDub Radio will be operating a 24hour radio station from there, available on t'internet, as well as playing across the festival. They will also be hosting live stage shows from all their DJs throughout the day and night, as well as competitions, giveaways, interviews, guest appearances and more! Fun and frolics for all!

The SHEEP SHED is our open air 'Rock' stage, which has gained a reputation for outstanding rock and alternative acts, some of whom have gone on to become well known on the music circuit.

Situated at the south end of the MAIN ARENA the CHILL STAGE is the Ideal venue to have a picnic or just relax & watch some of the best “Folk Rock” (and Rock Folk) you will find anywhere.

HANNIGAN

Hannigan is a 26 year old traveling singer-songwriter. Drawing from his English and Irish heritages, he has created a sound that can only be defined as his own. Settling into an acoustic soulful folk rock genre he writes honestly, inspired by the ever changing world around him.

JOSEPH LOFTHOUSE

Joseph Lofthouse has the ability to calm a room and draw an audience into his world. With technical prowess and evocative lyrics, Joseph weaves personal experiences and stories into life with the gift of a classic songsmith.So wherever he travels, acoustic guitar in hand, his music is met with the same rapt attention.

TOM DIBB

Solo or with Full Band, Get set for a beautifully gutsy performance, as Tom tells his stories with undertones of blues, roots and folk, grown through a forest of soaring acoustic goodness.

A world tour and self drive expedition in his 1989 vw campervan all the way from the UK to Australia in 2016, lay the foundations and inspiration for much of his material.

It fits into mainstream molds, yet also satisfies a deeper creative taste.

DRUIDS BREW

We welcome Tim & the Druids (and JAY & SIDESHOW BOB) back to the CHILL ZONE STAGE at BUSFEST.

They will be sharing their brew, including material from their NEW Album.
