Busfest 24 - (6th - 8th Sept 2024)

Your club marshals will be on setting up from Thursday.

we have a layout that needs to be followed.

we are in PLOT-30 again (same as last year.)

we have 65 unit allocation, ( there are 7x places lest (after taking two for the forum Gazebo) - so if you haven't got a ticket yet, get in quick.

we have one EHU point in the Forum Gazebo for charging up your stuff.

we have a drinking water point,

Toilet block is next to our plot, and showers are down behind the HUB TENT.

just arrive at the yellow gate (unless your ticket states otherwise)

the the Busfest Staff will direct you to the club section.

(we are basically from yellow gate, all the way down main road past the funfair to the start of the trade area, the over on the left far corner.)

First Aid kit will be at the Gazebo - (while waiting for the event medics)

we have a layout that should enable everyone to pitch safely,

with fire lanes and escape routes.

pitch wherever, with whoever you like, but please stick to the plan below.

round the outer edge,

then three back to back vertical lines (camperjam style)

leave the main entrance way clear (will be shown with flag poles)

leave rear exit clear (down next to the T6Forum Gazebos)

Leave the community area in front of the T6F Gazebo clear,

leave the fire/emergency lanes clear


your club marshals will help get you plotted up.

I’d say turn up, get the van sorted, grab a beer and take the labs on a tour of the T6 field so everyone can have a cuddle.
Everyone will chat, it’s a good crowd.
Then it’s beer and music and socialising for the weekend.
If you’re not working on the Friday then get down Thursday night, stay over nearby and get on the show ground when it opens at 10. Bag the best spot.

I am in the same boat, can't commit until nearer the weekend. anyone know if there is still spaces in T6 are or general camping
