Cambelt

Hi. I am looking to have my t5 cambelt changed,can anyone recommend a good independent garage in the Merseyside area Thanks.

I recently got a new campervan, it had a new cambelt (and water pump) fitted just prior to delivery, as it was due for a new one. I looked on the service sheet and it says Egerton Garage at Stretford.

I’ve had van since new and it’s nearly 10 years old now with only 16000 miles on it. Low mileage due to lots of life crap happening. Now planning to do Scotland soon so thinking it may have degraded with age. Best playing it safe. Thanks for the help but am in Liverpool so need someone closer. Cheers.

Shogun, mine is 10 years old too, I just got it in May, I think they changed the cambelt for me prior to be on the safe side, so no comebacks for them. Mine has 66,000 miles on it which is still quite low for it's age, and have not used mine due to stuff happening too I envy you going to Scotland, I hope you really enjoy it. Post photos for us all to see...........if you get time, ha
