Recently bought a Dometic windbreak from Campervanbits. They were easy to deal with initially as I wanted to collect it on my way past their premises. No probs, and they don’t have a click and collect so I just paid the amount incl postage (item was still cheaper than anywhere else) and they refunded me the postage the same day.
Good service.
Anyway, a few days later and I open the windbreak to find a section of pole missing.
Quick email and they offer to post one to me. I’m in Norway by now so I mail back saying it’s not an issue and I’ll make it work for the next 5 weeks.
Emailed on my return and they replied saying they’d send me one out.
Just received a replacement windbreak complete and they don’t want the old (used twice) one returning.
Can’t beat that for customer service.
