Hey all...
I have recently changed from a 2.5 T5 (2007, 130ps, SWB, 6 speed) to a 2.0 T6 (2019, 150ps, LWB, 6 speed).
I'm loving the more refined feel and the new van certainly trucks along fast enough when moving. But I feel the T6's 2.0L lacks the grunt of my old T5's 2.5. Even though the T6 has got more power... and the same torque (I think).
I suppose the T6 LWB is going to be heavier than the the T5 SWB.... would that account for the difference in power feel when I drive?
I do wonder if the T6 would benefit from a tune. Just to check everything is running optimally and maybe even to extract a bit power and torque?
And to that point.... can anyone recommend a tuner. Ideally rolling road in the Midlands or nearby?
I'd be happy to drive to a well regarded tuner and I always thought Pendle were the go-to guys.... but feel their reputation is not great at the moment.
Cheers
Dunc
