Caravelle replacing fixed windows with sliders.

Hi have a 2016 Caravelle with what looks like green tinted windows. I’d like to find a non leaky set of openers. I had a search through the forum but wanted to check for sure if there are any reliable options people have used and is there an issue with them matching the rear windows, either in tint or profile (how flush)
