Caravelle swivel swap

Currently the two up front captain seats don't swivel, but the centre row seats do.

Does anyone know if its possible to swap the swivel part of the central seats with the front?

So the central seats would still on their original bases (which move on the rails but no longer swivel)

And the front seats are still on their original bases, but now swivel (and the heated seats continue to work!)
