Caravelle triple seat - Keep or Sell?

Hi,

We have removed the triple seat bench from our Caravelle as we now have custom (removable) storage in the rear. Should we keep the seat incase we sell the vehicle or just sell it now? They fetch pretty good money and it takes up a lot of space in the garage.

Would the value of be car be less if we don’t have the seat bench to sell with it?

I'd keep it, for the reasons you mention and also you never know when you might need to ferry a few more people somewhere? Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. If you're like me then the room you'd get by selling it will only be filled by some more crap anyway!

thanks, I built a custom trolley to help get the seat in / out but it’s still a faf so I think if we needed to take extra people wed Just take both cars. The storage I’ve built in the rear takes an hour or so to remove so with putting the sear back in Its not something we’d want to do unless really desperate

Fair enough, as of now though it's 2-0 in favor of keeping it, they fetch good money for a reason and remember VW have stopped making the caravelle so supplies of interiors from them will only become more sought after and harder to find as time goes on.
