CFCA EGR valve and cooler

I've just replaced the EGR value and cooler on a 2016 180hp T6 and found the below link very useful
Now there's one or two small things that might assist anyone else thinking of doing the same. I tried my best to remove, move or undo as little as possible,
You will need to jack the front of the vehicle up, if you have hydraulic ramps so much the better, if not make sure the wheels are just off the floor and use axle stands.
You have to remove the belly pan and on the first day I managed to get all but the "hidden M6 (I think) splined bolt" and the vacuum pipe. After much internet searching (You will find a you tube video that states you have to remove all the front end including Radiator, air con cooler and inter cooler) you will have to use the referred to "service position".
Use the THQ you tube video for headlamp replacement to remove the front grill, bumper and spoiler assembly, although it recommends TWO people to do this I managed on my own.

This shows the location of the hidden bolt and Vac pipe

Service position allows the front to be moved a couple of inch which makes a difference, THREE bolts via the bumper and ONE just above on the inside. As stated in the link you can purchase pins for this via e-bay (about £50) but FOUR longer bolts will do the trick.

I pencil marked the ones at the side to ensure correct align age when refitting

Also TWO bolt either side of the inner wing above the headlamps. Remove the bonnet strut and ensure you prop the bonnet. When you pull forward take note you don't stretch the inter cooler pipe and watch the air intake pipe to the air filter when you push it back into place.
I also removed the cooling fan, Electrical plug near side bottom of the shroud and two bolts either side, it will come out of the top with a bit (lot) of wriggling .

Now you can get the bathroom mirror (don't tell the Mrs) down the front of the engine and see the hidden bolt which you can use an extension and ratchet to remove, bit fiddley but possible. zoom in and it may be more clear, this is the new one in bolt out

And here with bolt in.
This isn't a "how too" and it isn't easy, It went back together far quicker than it took me to remove it and I'm now struggling with a different fault code than the one before I started, but the now has a new EGR and cooler. Oh DO NOT forget to put the vacuum pipe on BEFORE you refit the new EGR.
