Changing lead-acid battery to AGM

Hi,

My lead-acid battery has had it's day and I was looking at changing this for a 120ah AGM battery. I have the Sargent EC155 power supply unit and Sterling B2B charger (picture), am I okay to go ahead with this straight swap?

Shouldn’t be an issue as AGM is actually a type of Lead Acid battery anyway.
Just make sure the AGM battery is a leisure type not a starter battery

The EC155 has a simple charger not a smart charger so when on EHU it isn’t the best for the battery longevity.

Fitting a battery charger with a Sargent EC155

Hi, I have a fully converted van with a Sargent EC155 unit. I am wanting to leave that in place, but fit a new battery charger to cope with a new lithium battery. Has anyone done this? If so, any advice would be appreciated. Secondly, it looks like I will also have to replace my Sterling...
