Great thanks. Is the bed 112cm and comfy enough for two? Does it lift out? Variable or fixed locations on the rails? Fitted at Low Life?

Thinking of a bespoke work top in thinnish oak block board. Maybe fitted to the Evo units or similar underneath. This pic isn't a T6, but its kind of my inspiration for what I'm after. Like you, I need a design that allows the drivers seat to swivel.

Hi yes fitted by the guys at lowlife nice people to deal with the bed does lift out but is very heavy needs 4 people I had lwb rails fitted in my swb vans as I find my customers want the kids behind them when driving it lock in various places what I don't like is the rubber that finishes the rails so I removed it and put some black 3mm Ali on the floor at the side of them I may have a pic of the original wait I have a look no sorry can't find it but I will post one tomorrow also the locks for the rail quite strong but they do free up with use

Great. I'm thinking of doing the opposite with the floor rails. SWB rails in my LWB. Or cut down LWB rails. Means I can keep two sets of existing Shuttle floor seat brackets just where the rails stop. If I need the option of 6 seats, I can then drop two seats in front of the smart bed. Will speak to Gary at LowLife and get his thoughts on this. But keen to see what you've done with the aluminium.
