Clayton power does not turn on after battery discharge

Good day.
I am a Ukrainian military man. Volunteers gave us a Clayton power LPS1512. It helps us a lot. But one day the battery was very discharged. We charged it, but it stopped turning on. The screen is certified, but there is no display. I suspect that the firmware has crashed. But I can't find it anywhere. There is a connector on the back for updating the software. Could you please send me this firmware and a program with the help of which I would be able to restore this device. Thank you.

I was told but the support team at Awimex.se to put it on charge for 24 hours but have had no luck in resetting the battery

Caveat, this is only an educated guess based on experience with other makes of battery.
If you over discharge a lithium that has a decent BMS, the BMS will lock out the battery and physically disconnect it from the outside world, this is to prevent further discharge and protect the battery from damage. The reset procedure can vary from battery to battery. My SuperB has a button to press to re-awaken the BMS, you first have to attach a battery charger that has a “lithium wake up” function, and then press the reset button on the battery. The reset button bypasses the internal disconnect relay, so that the BMS can see that there is a charger connected. This process will vary from battery to battery depending on how smart the BMS is.
