Climatic Blowing Cold In Rear.

Just picked up our shuttle with climatic air con. It will only blow cold air in the passenger compartment and cant get it to blow hot?. Press the "rear"button on the dash and heat control to red and still all i get is cold air...what am i missing?.

As i understand it the hot air comes out from the lower vent on the rear drivers quarter. Mine takes a while to warm up as it uses the hot water from the engine ?

As @StudleyGlass said ,warm air lower vent ,cold air roof .
The rear heater only works on recirculation ,so if its on for a while with people in the back the rear windows may condensate.

Youd think it would come from the roof vents as well really...and why have a cold to hot setting in the control panel in the roof?. And slightly off topic,how crap is the user manual?

Update...spoke to my dealer and they say if the heater in the cab is blowing hot and the "rear" button is on then the passenger area should blow hot as well...so its a trip back to the dealers for them to have a look!..not had it a week..
