Cold start in the morning Squeak and rumbling

I have a 2021 transporter 110BHP with 68k miles on it, CXHC Engine , 5 Speed manual

Its just had a new aux belt and aux belt tensioner fitted , and we are still getting a whine/ squeak on cold start which clears after 30 seconds to 1 minute

Also on a cold start in the morning there is also some sort of rumbling comming from the engine area, which again clears when it warms up

These noise both clear when the van warms up, and are only there on a cold start in the morning

what could the rumbling sound be , only on cold start , maybe clutch relaese bearing ??


but why would it clear after a short time and warming up??


or is this normal on a t6.1

Reigniting this thread (hope OP doesn't mind) as I've just picked up a 2020 2.0 and after a few weeks it's developed a nice squeal for the first 30 seconds after startup.
Engine definitely rumbles a bit for the same time and then settles down.
I've seen lots say tensioner but also read enough threads to see people have had them replaced and the issue remain
