Did you have difficulty getting the driveshaft back in position when refitting the struts? Not uncommon to pop the inner joints apart. I'd be pulling the joint boot back and having a look. It sounds very likely to be this

No difficulty at all. It can go back only one way if the three slider wheels ( or whatever the called) are lined up. However when the driveshaft was off. One of those wheels come off too. But I just put it back when I was refitting the driveshaft
I would also try and "borrow" some standard size wheels to eliminate the new 20 inch wheels. You will definitely get more impact of any issue with bigger wheels, which may have been pre-existing but not as noticeable with the standard wheels?

I took it on a little drive. The issue only exist when the van under acceleration and above 35mph. When coasting even with 60 mph no issue at all. Definitely not the wheels
What I supposed to look for when pulling out the driveshaft? As I mentioned below the problem only exist under acceleration and above 35mph. When coasting no problem
Over the last 2 short journeys My van has manifested a bad vibration from the front under load , to the point where I now darent drive it !! Any thoughts and how do I go about getting VW assist or main dealer support just so I know where I stand before I start phoning , It's a 150 DSG highline with full camper conversion , 2017 plate and only done 5000 miles ,

Thank youGuys all the clues and the input. On the way back from a test drive i heared a large pop like sound that followed by a large knocking noise every time I hit a pothole.
It came from the N/S that I did not worked on. So focusing to checking the O/S and ignoring the other side was a mistake .
There is a huge play on the N/S driveshaft inner joint. It seems I am having fun over the weekend. Earliest day to get parts is Wednesday.
