dab aerial for pop-top? current aerial not great

Contact them for the size, I don’t really have much to do with them, as not a big fan of the company

ok i think i might have a possible solution.. a magnetic aerial that connects to the bit of the vans roof just behind where the sca sits. if i have any luck, then i can leave this in situ all the time except if we have to pass a barrier of 2m.. if its angled just right then it could just poke up through the gap in the pop top (when popped) and the boot lid when open..

lots of ifs... i will see. @Absolut5 you dont do magnetic ones by any chance? i see that dabonwheels do a few, but im not sure what connector i'd need for the pioneer avic that i bought from you..?!

Are you sure your glass antenna is fitted correctly? VW installed ours incorrectly and, consequently, reception was rubbish. We had it re-fitted according to the manufacturer's instructions and it's been fine ever since.

well i fitted it myself, so that could well be the problem. But we are in the sticks a bit so im not suprised. I did fit it to the letter of the guidelines so it should be ok..

I've ordered a magnetic one and will see if it fits. if it does then it should solve the issue.

Antennasystems dab/fm shorten beesting with extensions £99.00 plus postage add £10.00 for a sharkfin

I cannot remember the thickness of a SCA roof, but had to file the nut down to do it up, as it’s thicker than a steel roof
