Dashcam angle

If it turns out to be the wiper fuse then i'd be going back and talking to the manager about how incompetent his/her monkeys really are and how unsatisfactory this whole experience has been .
Took more than twice as long as expected to run a few wires , fitted on the P1$$ and given BS when queried, operation of installed equipment not carried out proven to be faulty after another inconvenient visit , yet another visit still to be arranged as and when they can actually supply a working unit and then to find out the washers and wipers dont work now cuz the numpty managed to 'f' that up too ......and then BS you again about where the fuse was from.

'Fitted by experts' ?

Still got to have the Dashcam re-fitted, but I think that’s not going to work in park mode.

As I had the fuse box open had a look at the wiring - earth to metal, but yellow wire to switched live and red wire does not appear to be connected at all. Googling Road Angle hardwire kit, red to switched live and yellow to permanent live.

If thats the case then query the hardwire kit connections with the manager before you start and ask for an explanation .
I'd be fuming that such incapable muppets have been A) classed as 'experts in installation' and have taken your money in the first place as such and B) to have touched my pride and joy resulting in now 3 visits to try to get the job (hopefully) done right.
