Dashcam permanent power supply

Can anybody confirm that I can use the empty slot (bottom row in-between the 3, 5a fuses to the left and 2, 5a fuse to the right) to permanently wire my live dashcam feed. It does have permanent power but I am unsure if it needs an additional out feed because in the pic I cannot see anything other than plastic?

I can't tell which fuse bow this is. If it's the in cab one under the radio, the far left fuses are all permanent power, and as far as I call tell the far right fuses are power on ignition (this is in My 2018 T6
