Debus air sun canopy with side walls and front - anyone got this setup?

Looking for a more compact option for single nights and this looks like it might be a good option. We like somewhere closed off at night for the toilet, so was considering the sides and front, but the last time I bought a different one with sides and front it ended up being more hassle to put up than the driveaway awning and flapped all night in the wind! Wondering how people find these in moderately windy conditions and are the sides and front easy to add? Does it all pack into one bag?

Cheers

I have a standard debus canopy and a tall windbreak that almost does the same.

Kinda wish I'd bought one of these instead. I very much like the simplicity, it does look like a very good one night option but also quite flappy.

how do you find it in the wind? And are the sides easy to attach? Looks like they zip on? The other one we had was a nightmare so just want to avoid another expensive mistake. Thanks

I think with these types of canopy there are always some extra measures required to avoid the wind/flapping issue. like to baffle out along the bottom of the van as much as possible with 'stuff' to reduce the under draft.

Yes they all just zip on, first time just need to make sure they go on the correct side. As mentioned we leave them on when packing away. With the 2 front straps they provide a lot of tension to keep the thing in place. We don't tend to use the other guy ropes. I will say we found the sides need to be pegged quite wide so the sides are taut. Like mentioned above, if you can eliminate wind from under the van that will make a big difference.
We'd buy it again, very happy with it.

The subject of awnings with sidewalls came up in another thread on here a few days ago and I posted this response:
@EAN When you say 'privacy' are you talking full enclosed or the two sides? I made a couple of side walls up for our Debus from a white tarp (other colours are available!). I pressed a few eyelets into it and use a couple of spring clamps at the top - depending on how you want them, they can be pulled out as in the pictures or fixed square to the roof. In Italy last year, we had a horrendous storm but it was still warm and we could sit outside without the rain getting to us and, importantly, it all stayed up. As you might make out from the pictures, the campsite was quite busy so we really needed that little bit of privacy They're a bit 'MacGyver' but actually look OK in practice.
