Yeah, I wouldn’t carry top speeds for long, just enough on a straight to test it a bit.
I remember the ACC being available with two speeds when I ordered. You had to pay more to get the higher speed. Think it was something like 90mph and 110mph and I went for the lower. Not all that many chances to go nuts on the autobahn these days unless you're in something that can accelerate very quickly and brake just as well, the vast majority are dual carriageway and the inside lane is often travelling slower than in the UK leading to some brown trouser moments when something pulls out doing 45mph to overtake something doing 44mph without looking or indicating and you're approaching at over a ton. Last year in one day I was stuck behind delays caused by 2 separate multi car pileups with a scary number of vehicles in each one due to how close they often drive in the outside lane.

I thought they were limited at about 120. I cant get mine much past that
This would only serve to increase the volume of the whine in my case...!!
