DIY insulation

In the next week I'm taking delivery of a 1 year old T6 panel van, the conversion will be a mixture of DIY and leave it to the specialists - cutting holes in metal work is something I did a long time ago and don't want to do it again.
First step is insulation, can anyone recommend where I can buy insulation / sound proofing suitable for the T6, I've seen website offering roles of the stuff and others with pre-cut out panels. There are some companies that recommend two layers others one layer only; any advice appreciated.

Megavanmats is a good source, and of course there are plenty of sellers on eBay, especially for the sound deadening materials. Oh and Harrison Trim know there stuff.

I went down the silent coat 2mm and dodo thermo van liner. Be warned it can take over your life with all the options available.

I used 40 sheets of silentcoat to do both sides of the van and rear hatch and single slider and about 4 mtrs of dodo thermo van liner
40 sheets of 2mm silent coat and 2x 3mtrs of dodo thermo liner 7mm was £129 off eBay
I didn't do the roof as was fitting poptop
