DPF back exhausts

Most exhausts I can find for my Caravelle are labelled as DPF back but from images they don’t have the right flange and a flexi in them. Do you have to cut down your existing flexi pipe to fit them?

TIA

The exhausts you are looking at don’t include the down pipe from the DPF. When i replaced mine with a stainless steel system I had to get a down pipe made by PPTuning exhausts as all the other suppliers said the down pipe never needs changing.
Hope this helps

I has a Milltek on an old R53 Mini Cooper.

A touch more peak power, but a tiny fraction less elsewhere - thats the nature of exhaust mods innisolation. Lovely fit, deeper tone but no louder than stock, and 22 years on its still going strong (a friends Dad bought it so I get occasional reports.)

Based on my experience there I'd very happily have a Milltek on my van if even I needed a new pipe.

Our van is a mighty 102bhp so I dont think I'd notice if it's made any difference performance wise .
Sound wise it's a bit deeper a hint louder but not intrusive. (Non resonated)
Nice quality.
I'd quite like an R53 .

Im currently on Solows and the center silencer scrapes on certain speed bumps (Im at the highest the coilovers will go) so was tempted to get the Milltek I just need to find a 2nd hand one :)

The R53 is a great little car but you'll be forever fixing the bugger and spending money on it...

I like the Milltek cuz it's simple, stainless and it's not loud so I don't need to faff with any boxes in it .
Just a bent bit of pipe .
R53 would just be a run about for us , maybe a chilli if I could find one .

Aside for an appetite for reverse light switches mine was very reliable, and remains so by all accounts.

Thanks for the insight. Does it drone at all on the motorway? How does it fair at MOT time?
