DPF light comes on when I fill up for 20 miles???

Hi my DPF light is coming in every time I put fuel in for 20miles then goes off. My get low flow alarm is back with a vengeance which I don’t understand either as it was fitted with new egr and cooler last year, only 7000miles ago. Do they need the values resetting when they are installed new or do they self calibrate or is there something else I may be missing? I have VCDS plug in so if there is anything I can do in there again let me know. Thanks in advance guys

Are you filling the tank up to full?

And allowing the regents to complete?

Most vans will need a new EGR cooler by 70k.

Yer filling up to full. Regens come on regularly but when I plug in and look at DPF level it looks ok. Also egr and cooler replaced 7000 miles ago like for like unit.

What's the van specification.

Engine, year etc.

There have been a few software updates for them engine, adblue,, dpf etc

Possibly run into VW and ask them to check if the van is up to date?

It’s a102 start line 2016

a full VCDS scan would help,

and a ECU FW version check.

can you get a scan?

@mmi may be able to get the engine ECU FW version from that. . . . ?
