DriveAway Awning attached to Fiamma F45s.

Hello all.

Had a Fiamma F45s fitted today.

Only went for a rail and ended up adding it on.

Just wondering if anyone has had the awning out on the and then all attached a drive away awning to the Fiamma?

So you would have an open bit with a cover coming out of the van and then the awning?

I can't see why it can't be done and it would help strap the Fiamma down and give lots of outdoor space.

I think mine all out comes in at about 7.2 Mt's van fiamma and drive away so if you park over the end of a pitch your be fine
My drive away is 2.7 mt including tunnel
If yours is larger wind the fiamma in a bit

You can always reduce to wind out of the fiamma can't you? So not fully extend.

Great seeing the picture of it attached extended

Your footprint would be HUUUUGE. That's a kampa trip air attached directly to my Fiamma 45s.

Not sure of your requirements but that gave plenty of extra space for the weekend!

Yes I know it would be a large footprint, I find some of these motorhomes club sites have really spacious pitches.

It would only be wound out a max of a metre. I just wondered if it could be done without causing any damage or issues.

We always attach our awning to the Fiamma even if it is extended a small amount as you can tension the tunnel and put a drop into it if it looks like rain. In places like summer camp we would extend the Fiamma fully to give more room. Make sure to use the heavy duty tie downs when fully extended.
