As if this month couldn't get any f*****g worse, my ATMB tag has been frozen because my cards were cancelled, (only found out today when I pulled up to a toll) I cannot access my storage because they took my key card and to make a month totally crap, my beloved mountain bike was stolen from the centre of Nantes earlier on
The only good thing is they didn't take my wifes Giant, and my 13 year old daughters Frog bike.
Could this month get any worse.
Ugh. What bad luck. If it's any minor consolation at all (which it won't be), I had no joy with my Sanef tag. I just don't think they like the Rosbifs having them. It failed to work more times than it actually did, and always wasn't working for a different reason than the last.

My ATMB tag has actually been 100% reliable until now, and they only blocked it because the previous months trip hadn't automatically been paid for, after the payment cards were stopped. The biggest issue with ATMB is there is absolutely no way of contacting them to resolve it. They didn't, and still haven't replied to the messages I sent, the '24hr' phone like is not manned at all. They didn't respond to messages on their FB page, or Twitter, and although the website is initially changed to English, your actual account details are all in French. I had to sit and Google translate every single option and word, before finally finding my outstanding bill, and being able to actually pay it.
The bike was just gutting because it was one of those bikes I use for multi-purpose and fitted me like a glove. Thanks goodness it wasn't my road bike. I've actually managed to find an identical bike on eBay after refusing to spend daft money on another new one.
