DSG 2nd to 3rd gear problems

hi,

t6.1 7 speed dsg + 4motion - got quite an unusual issue - at low speeds gearbox hesitates between second and third gear - no error codes - DMF recently changed due to noise but that did not help with shifts - also noticed that more vibrations form the drive for the past 15k km. car has 100k km right now.

anyone had similar issues? thanks

Does it hesitate going up the box or not changing down when needing a little more throttle response/ acceleration?

It basically shakes the car. And if let of the throttle than it calms down and gear is selected

Have you reset the parameters of the DSG reset. That would be the first thing to do. So it re-learns

Have tried no success unfortunately

To be specific I have tried basic settings reset through OBDeleven or do you mean another reset of parameters ?

done 3 times already but the first one was in vw dealer so it could have been virtual im sure they did not touch the filter and the box was spotless after oil change so maybe the did not even change oil
