Checked today and they fitted a 0-727-33 non smart relay by the battery
So I need to do something about this. Question is now, should I fit the smart version (0-727-43) in the meantime or should I wait until I can go for the B2B option?

For anyone getting a Victron please remember that the max cable size for these is 10mm A 16mm cable will not fit in the termination and it is not good practice to strip down a 16mm cable, although at a push it can be mechanically joined to 10mm and reduced that way.

Why would you want to use a 16mm cable? Even a 10mm cable will take around 100A. Seeing as the maximum output of the charger is 30A a 6mm would be plenty.

Not saying you would, but in my case whilst replacing an already installed VSR it seemed pretty stupid to remove the 16mm and replace with another gauge cable. My point was that the termination points on Victron are smaller than on most other B2B chargers and it was to help out others in a similar position (as in one of the posts above).

As SS says, if it is a new installation veh batt to charger will be 6mm cable and you might as well use that to cable up to the leisure, but 4mm is enough too. 6mm will feed through the dash nice and easy.
