We now have full ply lining kits available for VW T5 and T6, LWB and SWB models! These kits are designed for a perfect fit, with rear quarters at full height ensuring no gaps at the bottom. Choose between 3.6mm or 5.5mm ply, with all holes precisely matching your vehicle's existing ones. Need carpet or suede lining? We’ve can do that for you also! For the 5.5mm ply, longer clips are necessary, and we can supply those too. These kits are the perfect complement to our one-piece floors and Halo roof systems. Contact us for more info!

We can vouch for the quality of Ian’s kits
They look good! Can you do any customisation to them before ordering? For example leaving out some of the original holes, removing the small oval on the sliding doors where it allows access to the internal screws, and removing the cutout for the rear wiper motor? I ask as I’ve been playing with having these cut from high quality ply which is then just oiled rather than carpeted, but some of those small things would be better if a bit more customisation was possible.
Yes of course, we design and make in-house so can do whatever you want. Birch ply is good

Thanks for the quick reply. I ordered a kit from plyworx UK originally and they were very helpful and honest that the ply kit was medium quality more useful for carpeting. I’ve been using that to test things out though and learn what does and doesn’t fit what I want. When I want to replace some of the panels with better quality, I’ll be in touch.
no problem. Plywood varies in quality, cheap is used to keep costs down but some of it is inferior, doesnt cut well and can delaminate. Cheers
