EGR Valve Replacement & Torque Settings

Hi, I'm going to install a new EGR Valve and wondered if anyone could help me with the toque settings particularly at the exhaust end of the EGR pipe... I've tried to download a manual from the downloads area but no luck with that ...could anyone help. Would actually be grateful of any advice relating to this anyway...thanks VR

You’ll need VIP membership for downloads. Make sure you have the correct manual, there are different engine codes with different EGRs.

I did one on mine last year, i think half the bolts you would be hard pushed to get anything that could measure torque with anyway...I just did them up as tight as felt appropriate given the bolt size.

oh..those bolts will be the least of your worries, the mounting bolts (especially the one under the cooler) will keep you entertained for hours!
