Electrics gone Haywire

Well here's a thing!

According to VAG the reason for the electrics going haywire was because there was 3 fuses missing?
In which case they've been missing for 5 yrs!

They replaced the missing ones all's fine as expected they " suggested" that I'd removed them! No, nope, not all!
So I said well all's been fine for 5 yrs etc etc. So the campervan electrics were mentioned! "The only connection to the vehicle is the positive cable to the liesure battery!" Besides that's all been isolated for the past two weeks as I'm refurbishing and fitting a new control unit that works better with all the regenerative brakes, etc etc etc.

So off to collect it shortly see what's said when I get there! There was a couple of fuses 10 & 5 amp sat in the dash tray (Spares ) so wondering if they decided I'd been changing fuses etc. But wonder why they think that a person would remove a fuse then not put it back in the first place!

Ok ok I know there's a few Knobheads around but really !!
Failing a that perhaps u should contact AA and get them to ask the electrician why he left them out

Ahhh there’s the problem then AA ( amateur arseholes) if they been touching your doomed

I’ve always thought they should change their name to CCID
Couldn’t cope in dealership

Back home all good !
The " missing" fuses were on the bottom row of the fuse board below the "gear lever" cowling so even the electrican said you have to remove it to get at them ( unless you got tiny hands lol.)
But the van " feels" different odd!

But £135 for 3 fuses
