HI I have a 2017 ex AA T6..Under the passenger seat it a mass of added wiring, most of which I have removed..If anyone has done the same van do they know were the live feed to the battery under the seat originates from...it disappears into the loom on mine, but must go to a relay of some sort..I expected it to run straight to the main battery area.Any help appreciated before I start dismantling all the dash..thanks..

Have you got some pics of the cables and battery's?

This is what I have left at present..I need to get riid of most of it for swivel seat plate..being AA they had towbar electrics additional lights front and rear 12v couplings..I think I will have to remove the full dash to look were its all tracked to..

Really pleased you put this on as having just stripped the racking out of mine I too was left staring at wires adn haven't a clue what they are for!
Have you any pictures or can you give any advice on which ones you have got rid of?

Cheers

How did you both get on? I have traced back all the wires which were cut before buying the van. Have a some left and have no idea what to do with them or what they are! Any help would be great?

Does anyone have an answer to the above, mine had blue/red and red/yellow wire stuffed into relay base connecting to the large red +tive wire?

Did anyone get to the bottom of this?

I’m looking to add a leisure battery, I’m assuming these can be reused somehow.

I Google’s some of the part numbers and one of the harnesses was for an additional heater.

I stripped all unnecessary wiring but left in the tow bar controller and charging relay. The charging relay works well so I have no intention of removing this. I think it must be connected directly to the smart alternator. I have chosen to place my electrics under the passenger seat but have ungraded the battery. 240v and solar charges all connected under the seat also.
