Mine is still in with VW Commercial and has been diagnosed by "Germany" apparently! Requires a whole new bi-turbo unit. Looks like it will be covered by my All In Warranty/Service package. Awaiting news. Will update on here....

Update:
Got van back from VW yesterday. Complete new Bi-Turbo system fitted, this includes many pipes hoses etc, etc. Whilst removing what I believe was the exhaust manifold, a stud broke, thus requiring them to drop the engine, this means even more new parts I was told. Total bill retail £6,900!
I have a print out of the parts list and estimate that was sent to Extended Warranty for authorisation, this is obviously a trade price. £4,545.25p
Most of the parts on this list (3 pages) were discounted @ 44.7%
I note from the paper work and also had this confirmed... new oil and coolant were applied to this job.
Anyway, I'm very happy with the work and it was all covered under the All In Warranty they sold me a year ago. Very lucky for me!
