Fault codes 03301 and 03303

Hi all
Got these fault codes using Carista.
My drivers door and sliding lock and unlock on the fob as they should, although I can sometimes unlock my sliding door with the key and all other doors stay looked. When I open it, the alarm goes off. The key barrel in the sliding door does seem quite stiff to turn with key.
Any ideas?

Shouldn't the other doors stay actually always locked?

When I open it, the alarm goes off.

Sounds ok to me as it's the FOB which disables the alarm, not via the lock cylinders on the doors.

I believe the fault codes are because of lock modules or the rods have been a bit sticky.

Can anyone help me with this, a routine check with Carista has thrown up the following fault: 03303 Locked Position Rear Left, however all appears to be okay with the door locking? My van is a 2018 Highline, any help gratefully received.
