Filler condensate, but black?

Afternoon All,

Noticed the common condensate in the filler cap, I know it's a common occurrence: Condensate TPI

All the photos I've seen show it white mine looks like quite a lot of black in it.... Guessing more oil vapour mixing in.

Just checking if this black hue is normal?

Just had an oil change at a VW dealer too.

Should mention it's a 2023 T6.1 DMZA 199ps, 27k miles

As expected at this time of year! As long as the oil and coolant levels are not suddenly changing, there's nothing to worry about.

My 2022 T6.1 is exactly the same, I asked the Tech at VW he said it was completely normal, and he wished he had a pound for every time he's been asked to look at one
