Fitted H7 Plus LED DRLs in grille

finally had an afternoon free anyone fitting the aftermarket VW dealer DRLs it’s much easier bumper off

Then was a case of coding the headlamp DRLs out and H7 in

They look a big improvement, I cant decide if I should fit a pair of genuine H7 headlamps to mine or get some of the aftermarket Transporter HQ lights, need sorting before the dark nights draw in

Does this mean you have lost the H7's DRL's ?

Yes I coded the DRLs in the headlights out if you just fit H7 in place of H4 you will still have Drl in the headlamp but it looked rubbish with the yellow bulbs and 4 drls so I coded it to turn them off leaving only the Leds in the bumper

Personally I like genuine Parts I got my lamps from the forum shop I’m not sure on the new mot regs on led lights so shy away from aftermarket stuff
