Fitting new front badge

Mine fell off!
Just want to check that I have a standard enough front grille to attach a new one to (see pic below) before I buy one (and that the old one wasn’t badly glued on or something!)
I have the carbon fibre look backing plate still btw. It had managed to fall down and get caught by the grille at the ACC radar!

I assume the badge clips in to those double and/or triple slotted holes yes? I’d seen pics of others with different bigger holes…

I was gonna order from VanStyle since they look fine. Anyone had issues with quality of those?

Btw follow up question: did you have to take your whole grille off to fit it?
No, that's a pic of a spare one I had in the shed.
If it doesn't feel like the clips are engaging properly, you can remove the top fastening for the grille and get a hand down the back to add support, sometimes it can feel like you're putting too much pressure on before it clicks in place.

Smashing - top tip (I’d seen that elsewhere so good to get more confirmation that this isn’t going to turn into as DIY ballache!)

I've so far found the old front badge popped straight of, the van style pops on but I cant get the clips to engage, and if falls straight off. Hoping to follow your guidance and get my had behind by removing one clip, Did not fancy removing the whole grill..
